Now on display are the following permanent exhibitions : History of food and agriculture, Farmers and farming over the world, Agrarian landscapes of the world and the Banquet de l'Humanité.
Three new permanent exhibitions on Foods, Meals and Beverages of the world, are under construction and will be open to the public in the year 2002.
