Homo sapiens is a man from the Aurignacian period, when first art works were realized  - wall paintings found in the grotto of Lascaux (France) or Altamira (Spain). He ate cooked elaborate food.

Between Cro-Magnon and us, there is no physical differences or a few if any, but there are technical, cultural and nutritional major changes.
